matagal siguro 'tong magiging working. kapag wala kasing load 'di naman talaga cutoff 'yung connection mo, blocked lang 'yung pinapadala sayo kaya kung makakapasok sa proxy na hindi blocked ok na.
verifiable 'to by pinging IP's of known sites or DNS ng walang load.
There's another way getting free online access with just about any network as long as you can *ping* a website or resolve a *dns* query even if you can't browse or do anything else. You only have to *tunnel* your connection through those mentioned network services.
