how to fix my nokia 5300

always syang nakailaw ndi na nag didim ung lights.. tpos when i try to push keypads ndi na nag rereact..

tpos pinatay ko then binuksan, gumagana ulet ung mga keypad pero always nakailaw prin.. tpos mayamaya ndi nnmn gumagana ung keypads khit anong pindot ko..

mukang sa software ang sira..

enge nmn po ng tulong kung paano ko i reformat tong phone ko.. penge nmn po ng softwares nyo pang reformat.. pede ba usb ang gmiting ko sa pag rereformat??

sir, pagawa mo na lang po, mahal ang mga gamit na panggawa dyan..  or intayin natin sagot ni sir kasamiko baka me combo na naman siya na alam dyan..

mate wala pa pang format sa  phone memory sa n5300 using usb cable..

What is your phone firmware version (just press *#0000# in your keypad to know the version).

Anyway you can download Nokia PC SUITE in the nokia website. Install it and connect your phone. Click software upgrade and follow the instruction on screen. Just remember the following things before proceeding:

1. Make sure youre connected sa internet coz firmware will be downloaded from nokia.
2. Make sure your battery is full.
3. You should have a USB cable for your phone.
4. And lastly, this procedure is no effect if you have a problem with the hardware.
