Hello, I'm from Ateneo. We offer MS Electronics Engineering. See https://ohm.ecce.admu.edu.ph/wiki/pub/Main/DegreePrograms/MSEcE_curriculum.pdfOur MS is research-based with a total of 30 units. There are only 6 units of core courses. The rest are electives and research seminars. Plus 6 units of thesis. Required classes are held on Saturdays (to accomodate working students), only electives are available on weekdays & Saturdays. Classes are typically from 8 am to 8 pm on Saturdays to graduate in 2 years or less. We have 5 FT Ph.D. and 2 PT Ph.D. teaching in our MS course. Almost all of our incoming MS students (15) are scholars. The ERDT scholars get 15k net/month plus transpo (5k/sem), book allowance, thesis (200k) etc. Our ERDT coordinator handles the ERDT scholars i.e. if you get accepted most probably you also get the ERDT scholarship. The requirement for admission: application form + Aptitude exam. Since it is too late for the 1st sem, you can apply for 2nd sem :-) Fyi lang :-) |

Answer from our coordinator: Regarding ERDT scholars transferring from one University to another.
"There is no precedent yet. This is quite a delicate case because we do not want to pirate one scholar to another. The erdt schoalrship is fix to a course and to a particular University. The University is the one who recommends a scholar to erdt. If a scholar wants to transfer from one Univ to another, the Deans of the Univ concern need to agree."
In short :-), masalimuot na kaso ito :-).
