guys, i like to know whats the current rating for certain electrical wire? like 20mm2 wire. 38mm2 wire. etc..

You can consult with the PEC for "generic" current carrying capacity of conductors.

AWG current rating ang search mo sa google. may table 'yun, 'yun lang by AWG ang table. pero meron ka ring makikitang mga formula, current rating for chassis wiring (short wiring) at transmission wiring.

marami pa ring sub clasifications. a 38mm wire with a THHN is not the same as a 38mm TW wire. a copper 20mm wire is also different from an aluminum 20 mm wire.

the PEC provides the baseline ratings for these wires.

#12 20 Amp
#10 30amp ung iba tingnan u sa wire gauge american standard

A wire's ampacity depends on the wire's insulator. And the insulation required depends on the operatiing voltage. What is the operating voltage? What is this wire's insulation?
