minsan 'yung tech nung globe hindi rin alam kung ano gamit nung filter. 'yung linya kasing dinaan ng broadband namin e pang-test ng mga telepono. ayaw niyang ikabit 'yung filter dahil nawawalan ng signal 'yung DSL (dahil may linagay na filter dati pa 'yung ibang tech). ayun laging putol connection dati, ako na lang naglipat sa lugar bago pa 'yung filter na installed na.

nung nag-setup pa siya ng modem pinalitan niya 'yung username ng admin, at 'yung password ng blank. tapos in-access niya ulit, pinipilit niyang password 1234. Grin Grin Grin

ganuun kasi ginawa ko nuun nag oojt pa ako sa PLDT, tinatanggal ko muna yung mga filters para ikabit yung bagong linya ng dsl kasi nga naman kung di tatanggalin yun, magkakabuhol buhol yung mga wire or kaya baka mabali pa yung filter. Kaya nga pag may mga tumatawag sa customer hotline puro mga tanggal lang ng filter ang dahilan ng mga net problem nila Grin Grin Grin

sabi nun representative DAW nila ... magpapadala daw cla ng tech. sa house nmin... after more a week now p lng cla mag papadala... kala ko ba "3 days" lng??? hindi kaya ibig sabihin nun 3x3?? hehehehhe


and sabi pa nila n oks n daw ung facilities and box n pinagkukunan daw nmin ng internet... kung oks n pa la bkit d man nila kami tinawagan and til now bkit ala p din kami internet and dial tone ....?




tom w8 nmin ung cnasabi nila n tech.

sana meron nga. ^^


buti n lng mahaba haba pa pasensya nmin at d pa din kami nagfi-file ng DISCONNECTION... sabi kasi nun PLDT oks n daw sa area nmin ... kya kung saka-sakali d talaga maaus ng GLOBE ung problem nmin...

share ko lang sa inyo mga bro. ung location ko ay sa cebu. ganun din problema ko nung march 9 unstable ung connection ng globe. ng inireport ko sabi ng costumer service sorry for the inconvenience. ngtawag ko for 8times same line ung sinsabi nila, may ano daw system restoration. afectado lahat pati trabaho ng wife ko kasi home base ung trabaho nya medical indexing wla cyang production for 2 weeks,....
ngayun plano namin na lumipat sa pldt/dsl...........

 Angry I say Globe Broadband is very bad. Because of their very poor service my incentive dropped to half last month. I was having trouble with the connectivity since Feb 11 and nothing has changed 'till now. My job is very dependent on the internet as I am a homebased medical indexer. There was even a time I was reprimanded by my boss because I was not able to read a very important mail. Because of that our entire editing was disorganized. There are successive days when I keep on calling their customer service representatives and they just keep on making promises that within 24 hours service would be normalized but 24 hours seems to be forever. There was a day when I was so fed up with "same-line" "script written' response from their representative that I ended up saying "you just take note there, customer is so annoyed, plans to terminate subscription if no improvement is noticed within a week". That was 3 weeks ago and now, still nothing happens. I am always on the watch, ever vigilant whenever the line normalizes so that I can send important mails and download files related to my work. This is sooooo bad. I don't care about the contract anymore. I'm finally decided about changing provider this month. Hello world, goodbye Globe!!!

grabe... til now ala pa din ung tech. n pupunta smin ... meron ba talaga clang mga TECH.Huh or nag te-tech-tech-kan lng??? d bagay sa kanila mging provider kung puro ganyan ginagawa nila....

bka balang araw maramdaman nila ung Global Crisis n cnasabi tapos cla mag sara....

hayz.... alang kwentang Tech. Support nila. grabe...




Honga pa la ... may nakita akong mga taga Globe na nagkakabit ng Internet sa kanto lng nmin ... kaso sabi nila pang "install" lng daw cla... d daw cla mga techician.... imposible nmn na ala cla alm about sa problem nmin eh taga dun cla ... hays Pechay anug bang klaseng mga tao mga pinagkukuha ng GLOBE???


halos kitang kita n nila house nmin d pa inaksyunan... or response for the problem... d man lng tinignan eh ayun din ung ginagawa nila...

puro kasi contractual mga technician ng smartbro at globe, kaya mabagal ang service, kami smartbro ang gamit namin, after 2 weeks kami napuntahan, papalitan lang pala yung antenna, di ko rin masisi yung mga technician nila, kasi per service call ang bayad sa kanila ng smartbro at yun na ang income nila, biro mo nasa manila kami tapos galing pa sila cainta, kung matraffic sila edi isa na lang maservicean nila sa isang araw. at ito pa, paghahatian pa raw nila yung bayad sa kanila ng smartbro, sa kanila pa raw ang gas ng sasakyan nila. tsk tsk tsk tsk  Sad

buti pa yung PLDT meron technical staff na mag aassist... Nakita ko yun mga yun habang nag oojt ako Cheesy Cheesy kahit pa murahin sila ok lng basta maayos lang nila yung problem ng mga connections ng mga suscribers

super dami na pala tayo na biktima ng bad services na yan.... ako on and off din, plagi sinasabi na pupuntahan, ni report na daw sa technician, online monitoring daw, etc... till now wla parin pumupunta, pero yung phone good for 3 days, then mawwlan ng dial ton sa mga susunod, then ganun nnman, parang routine nlang ang sira sa kanila eh.

just my thoughts, not a good aftersales service.

after more than 2 weeks (kala ko aabot ng month)... ayun naaus na... kung d pa nabangga ung poste sa kalye nmin d nila gagalawin thanks sa nakabangga ng poste (Truck) hehehehehe....


may mga line kasi ng globe dun sa posteng un kaya very speed cla umaksyon sa dami ng nagrereklamo...






now sabi smin nun pumunta smin (technician daw)... w8 n lng nmin ung bill for revate.




ipagdasal ko n lng daw n wag n maulit ung ganun problem n halos umabot n ng a month ... Lechi!

agree, 1-2 yrs ago, laging mainit ang ulo ko sa smart bro...
pero ngayon, ok na yung service... mas mabilis na rin ang upload and download rates kaysa dati...

sana lumaki pa yung competition between internet service providers para magpatalbugan sila sa mga rates and services nila...
if that happens, panalo tayong mga subscribers  Grin
