Alam nyo na ba ang RA9292( Republic Act 9292)? maliban sa PRC licemse ng mga board passer sa PRC na mga ECE meron ng PECE(Professional ECE) at Professional Electronics Technician, nagiisue na ng license ang PRC para dito sa mga profession na ito. first thing to do is to be a member muna ng IECEP (Institute of Electronics Communication Engineers of the Philippines) tapos compiled the needed documents, yung mga interesado just mail me or pm me, i'll tell you how,,,,

Tanong lang, Me Computer engineering graduate, since wala kaming board exam interesado ako kumuha nyan para pangpakapal din ng wallet and marecognize din ng PRC kahit papano kasi ayaw nila kaming lagyan ng board exam. 2 years na experience ko and sa electronics company din ako nag work. Do you think my length of service is enough plus my course para makakuha nyan.

sorry to tell you pero mahigpit na pinatutupad ng PRC yung 7 years experience in the said field para sa NO EXAMINATION, yun nga ID ng IECEP ay mahigpit na din hinahanap ng PRC ang xerox copy nito at ayaw nila ng resibo lang ng IECEP ang naka attached. try to apply with exam pero piliin mo yung field of expertise ay sa computer, kaya mo yan..

Hello Wilfred,
Sa totoo lng diko talaga na practise pagiging computer engr, mas na focus ako sa electronics design and yung time na nagaaral pa ako konti lng ang pinagkaiba ng COE sa ECE yung nga lng malaki ang pinagkaiba ng understanding ng mga tao between the two. Take note all ECE and COE subject ay puro basic lng kaya dirin natin masasabi ang field of experty kung di mo maapply. 7 years experience, naku baka nasa abroad na ako nyan. Thanks wilfred sa info...

diba yung license ay para makapagpractice ng propesyon?? pag wala kang license di ka makakapagpractice dba.....? then pano ka makakapag experience kung di ka pede magpractice?? di dapat license ang tawag dyan parang namemera lang ang PRC niyan eh |

Guys. May 27, 2009 is the deadline for ECT w/o exam. Hindi na ito ma extend. Kaya kung may time pa humabol na kayo sa pagfile.

sabagay magkaiba nga naman ang level ng pag unawa ng mga engineering students or isang engineer sa pagkakaunawa ng mga technician at yung mga kumukuha pa lang nito |

Nag-upgrade po ako ng license kumpleto na po lahat ang sinumiti kung requirements sa PRC as per RA-9292, bakit may interview pa?  ....wala naman akong mabasa na interview requirements sa RA-9292 a! Is it really a requirement (interview), sino po ba ang may pakana nito? mi revision naba ang RA-9292?  |

They (PRC) can check anytime naman about the validity of the submitted documents as per RA-9292, i think its their prime duty to do this, and also every documents submitted was made sealed and notarized by a lawyer, and also certificates are signed by a managers of the company, bearing the Company Name on it with a seal and notarize by a lawyer.... Please be guided that it is the Board of ECE that will determine/approve your application of becoming an ECT or PECE. Therefore the Board has the authority under RA9292 to set guidelines regarding the process on ECT (including PECE) application and approval. Kaya pagsinabi ng Board na they will require interview to ECT applicants meron interview whether you like it or not. Pag-nagrequire ang Board na mag-submit ng thesis ang PECE applicant in the future pwede nilang gawin yun including changing the subjects covered in ECE board exam. |

Ganun ba Sabi din ng Abogado ng PRC dito sa amin during oath-taking ng mga professionals na ang PRC ID na ini-issue nila is for IDENTIFICATION PURPOSE ONLY. So pwede daw na hindi mo na i-renew ang license ID mo kasi ang Certificate of Registration mo naman daw ang nagbibigay sayo ng karapatan na ikaw ay isang licensed professional (ex. Doctor, Engineer, Nurse, etc.). Abogado na yun na employed sa PRC ang nagsabi at sa harap pa ng mga Mag-o-oath-taking.... Pero try not to renew your license ID and insist that its your Certificate of Registration as licensed professional that matters. Malamang mahihirapan ka makipagtalo sa employer/client kung tatanggihan ka nya coz expired license ID mo. Ang masabi ko lang sumunod ka na lang sa patakaran ng Board of ECE kasi kung hindi ka mag-pa-interview mahirap ma approve ang application mo. Interview is for verification purpose and to know the person applying. Considering na pwedeng ma-peke yung mga documents sa Recto. At saka may mga peke din na Abogado na nag-nonotaryo ng documents... But you are free to challenge the Board of ECE kung matapang ka. Don't subject your self for interview and point out what is stated in RA9292 and the opinion of the Legal Department of PRC. Inform us kung successful ka. Good luck. |
