another thing na pwedeng magpabilis ay yung mga trackers.  Kailangang i-add minsan ang mga ito manually.  Google for free trackers.

Kahit sa public torrents, I always maintain at least a 1.10 upload/download ratio. I think this helps too. I have no problems fully utilizing my Globe 2mbps bandwidth even with few seeds/peers. I use my Smart Bro plug-it for seeding. It's has a steady 1.5mbps upload speed.

havent tried this yet, but in bitcomet the global max download and upload rate settings were separated... since my settings always set to the max (unlimited), i cant guarantee this =)

you may want to try this if you are using bitcomet... im using bitcomet and bittorrent at the same time=)
