DeMilitarized Zone (DMZ). http://compnetworking.about.com/cs/networksecurity/g/bldef_dmz.htm

sa router settings po yan... (or modem)
instead of using the port forwarding in NAT (actually under NAT din ang DMZ), i used the DMZ. This is a fake DMZ, pero by using this, i don't have to set the IP add for port forwarding-redirection.

if Windows po un OS niyo i suggest that you install the tcp/ip patch para matweak un "Event ID 4226" since limited ang net.maxhalfopen ports sa Windows. Smiley

Grin Grin

pinakamalaking factor are seeders and your net connection...

kung ok ang seeders, the best you can hope for is na maxed out ang bandwidth mo. Take for example yung net ko sa bahay ko. Globelines na 384kbps... The best I ever got was 45kBps. But most of the time ang makukuha ko lang is 26-38kbps. Smiley Smiley Smiley

A seed is a client that has a complete copy of the data of a certain torrent. Once your BitTorrent client finishes downloading, it will remain open until you click the Finish button (or otherwise close it). This is known as being a seed or seeding.
