2 stage amplifier paging system

Guys, need help in our project for a 2 stage amplifier paging system. I'm still a newbie in making an actual circuits. Here's the block diagram given to us:



I need a schematic diagram as well as the list of materials we're gonna need for this system. There's no  specifications given to us. But I think its better if the specifications are appropriate for newbies like us and considering the budget for the materials.
