Trainer's Methodology (TM) - Its a weeklong seminar which will discuss basically the CBLM (Competency Based Learning Methods or Materials basta yun). Which is Tesda's standard/approach in training they're trainees. You will be evaluated/assessed after the seinar, you also have to complete your own CBLM. note that you must be an NC II to take TM. you need this if you are to teach in a TESDA school.

As for the Assessors' Methodology you will review the competency in which you would want to be an assessor. A week long seminar din and workshop tapos assesment. Required that you are TQ1 for this.

Currently Assessor: PC Operations NCII and Computer Hardware Servicing NCII (Inactive)

(Im quite disappointed though with the standards of tesda when i took these certifications - I mean it needs to be reviewed and set up to date. I mean win98? C'mon office 2000? how about linux? anyways sa bicol yun, im not sure with other regions and provinces)

I'd rather Aim at CISCO or MSCE instead at least Internationally accredited pa Smiley

Sa Workshop Demo sa mga Kasama sa seminar, then sa assessment demo sa assessor.

Mainly [ Practical Exams in PC operation ]  kelangan marunong ka ng 4 things (medyo bias nga kasi MS lahat) 1. MS Word 2. MS Excel 3. MS Powerpoint 4. Internet (Search engine, Email, Browsing ETC)

Then sa Interview.. Wala lang.. Question and Answer about sa output nung mga ginawa mo.

As for CHS NCII [Practical Exam] PC installation (Formatting HDD, Installing Windows 98 (1 year ago ganito pa din sa bicol - hahahaha), install NIC, share a Network PC, and share a network printer.

And magkalas ng LX300 na printer tapos ibalik then print ng Test Page. Hahahaha

These are some reasons kung bakit importante ito:
1.) Kung magtuturo ka sa TESDA accredited school, they require a TM1 Certification Bago ka mapagturo (Dapat)
2.) Kung gusto mo sideline as an assessor for TESDA's National Certification, Kelangan mo AM1.
(Note: Per Assesment sa PC Operation on private schools its Php100 minimum per student. at sa Computer Hardware Servicing Php500 minimum per student. imagine having to asses 50 sa PC Operation and 50 sa CHS it would be 100x50 + 500x50 = Php 30k--mga 3 to 5 days lang yan. Galeng diba?)

Ask ko lang kung may bearing ba ang TESDA certification sa abroad? If not, then if your inclination is towards IT better take Cisco, Microsoft, or CompTIA exams.
