Sound Interceptor

Hello guys im a newbie here,

i would like to ask if their is a specific device that i could use to intercept my neighbors very load music/karaoke.   i dont realy like to do harm or any violent reaction.  they even stay up to 4am, this realy destruct the neighborhood.

can you give a good electronic device that i can you to interfer their own music? by hacking their own sounds?

back in the late 90's i was visiting a friend in TUP manila, some of the ECE student is testing their device, it was a radio device, that could intercept signals from tv,radio im not sure if karaoke machines are posible to..  btw; i think their using a high end atenna for this device.

can anybody help me on this audio hacking device?

'yung radio at TV madali i-interfere dahil nasa air siya at high frequencies.

'yung karaoke ng kapitbahay, sa baseband nakalagay kaya mahirap gawan ng paraan. pwedeng malakas na Common Mode noise tulad ng mga barena at hair dryer.

pwede 'yung mga barena, welding machine, etc. hehehe. pero lahat na ng kapitbahay damay doon pati na rin ibang appliances.

pwede ring i-sumbong sa isang ahensya ng gobyerno (nakalimutan ko kung ano). merong pupuntang mga ahente na magme-measure ng sound level nila.

Simple lang solution sa problem mo. Go to the nearest barangay official para masabihan cla, if hindi makinig, go to brgy captain, if hindi pa rin, go to municipal counsilor para sabihan cla at bawalan, if ayaw p din, go to the Police, if ayaw p din go to the Mayor, if hindi pa rin cla mabawalan tawag k n ng 1 batallon ng Army, ewan ko lang kung hindi p tumigil yang mga yan.

pwede cguro ito i amplify mo ng 1000 X ung noise canceller gumamit ka ng malaking speaker at itapat mo kay neighbour

mas gusto ko 'yung Tulfo solution, may libreng mura pa 'yung kapitbahay mo ON AIR. kapag wala pa ring silbi 'yung mura, saka na 'yung other solutions.
