hahaha anu toh? ako.. gamit kong pang paganda ng hinang.. ay... SECRET! ekekeke Insenso.. hahaah mura lang.. at kumakapit pa ng husto ung tinga sa copper wires, leads, and pcb.. at hindi problema pag nasobrahan.. pede mong kutkutin at kusa syang madudurog.. tapos brush brush lang.. kaso mey drawback.. pag natagalan ka sa paghihinang.. natutuklap ung circuit board.. kakasar!

the best ung cone type, kasi ung pabilog madali matuklap, chaka pangit tignan sa PCB ung pabilog....mas neat tignan ung cone basta make sure na properly soldered cla sa PCB to have a connection...

kapag nakabilog, parang may surface tension na tulad ng sa tubig ay nagmumukhang rain drops sa surface, malamang may area sa ilalim nung bilog na hindi dumikit ang hinang. kaya kasi nagiging conical 'yung itsura dahil 'yung area sa gitna dumidikit 'yung hinang. mas madalas akong makakita ng cold colder na hemispherical ang solder kaysa sa conical. sa dipping process, nagiging conical din ang solder (kaya 'yung mga comercially mass produced products ang isa sa basis). though ang cause ng cold solder dito ay uneven application ng solder (kung manual).

kaya dapat maganda ang surface na hinihinang, malinis, at medyo mainit ang paghinang. kapag ayaw dumikit ng solder, use flux. kung ayaw talaga, typically inaalis ko muna 'yung component at maglalagay ng pre-solder. this way mas madaling kakapit 'yung solder kapag binalik na 'yung component. Wink

meron po kasi akong naging prof dati na ang gusto niang hinang eh ung pabilog.. un daw po ang ginagamit..  Grin Grin

ung isa ko namang prof ung conical o hershey ang shape.. un ang tinuro samen.. Tongue
