sa IIEE ka makakabili ng PEC at discounted price kung student-member ka. I haven't seen the blue and orange books you are referring to.

I think the color blue is the Professional Practice Manual. I have other books kasi in mind, yung 2 books na up to now di pa napapa-publish ng IIEE...
