ano po ba gagawin ko,madali kasi xa uminit tapos may thermostat ata tawag nun.... nka install po ito sa water refilling station ang problem ko is tuwing umiinit na xa nag automatic turn off ung motor ehh nka tatlong bottles pa ung na nrefill ko na tubig...need ur advice/

wala ko alam sa water refilling station..
pero hula lang baka overloaded yung motor.. I'm not sure pero diba reverse osmosis ang gamit dyan so prang may semipermiable membrane yan that water is being forced into by pressure.. to filter it.. baka naman barado na yun at palitin na kaya baka medyo overload yung motor at nahihirapan.. hula lang wala talaga ko alam sa water tation hehehe..

-Anu setting nung thermostat? (temp. limit ito na kapag na-reach eh mag-off to protect the motor)
-yung motor ba ay kasama nung equipment as package? (baka kasi undersize yung motor para sa service niya)
-san ba located yung motor? (baka walang proper ventilation yung location nung motor)

Malamang walang problem ang thermostat o motor mo kaya ng tripped baka may problema sa system halimbawa baradong pipes, filters o sarado na valves check mo muna lahat baka kasi kung ma-by pass ang overload relay ay masunog pa ang motor. Check mo rin ang bearings ng motor baka stuck up, dismantle mo motor at batakbuhan mo ito with out load pag hindi ng overheat ok ang motor. |

centrifugal ba gamit mong pump? kasi kung yun ang gamit mo eh. malamang magooverheat nga. lalo na kung madaming stages nang filtration na parang "BLOCKED" na yung flow under normal operation. kailangan mong motor is compressor types. low speed, low flow rate, high pressure.

dahil sa friction kya gnyan,siguro wala ng lubrication ung core ng motor between stator and armature,lagyan mo pampa...dulas. hehe

1. Kung small booster type yan pump, check the shaft seal kung may leak into the motor.
2. Kung may pressure tank, make sure you have a gauge so see the PSI. Make sure you have pressure switch and do not over set to more than the pressure you need to elevate water.
3.Possiblem ang thermostat sw may problemo. Try bringing it to where they sell those like in aircon stores in Raon. Replace. Maganda kung may checker sila which I doubt. Bka mura lang, replace with the same rating as the original.
4. Kung direcho lang yan and you do not use a pressure tank, baka restricted and tubo.
