essentially, the combination would behave like a diode as soon as the diode starts to conduct, otherwise, it is just a resistor

bakit kailangan parallel?

ang madalas na case na nakikita ko series RC (snubber) ang naka-parallel.

eh kc po un ung ginamit ko sa circuit eh.. hehe.. pero hindi ko po maexplain kung bket nun nkparallel xa dun lng gumana, nun series ayaw nmn.. pnu po kaya un?

kasi po ung function n F = xyz, may dinugtong akong nakaparallel n 1N4148 diode at 150ohms resistor s output nya..

ung start po nun ung F = xy + z, ung output po ng F = xyz n may 1N4148 diode at 150 ohms resistor connected sa F = xy + z ..
