This is very possible to do.

You just need a GSM modem or cellphone plus an MCU with keypad and LCD.
This just need to send SMS to load the other cellphone.

Masyado na po marami gumawa nito 3315 yta ginamit na phone tapos hinack lang ung mga keypad to emulate keypress. prang ginaya mo lang ung ordinary keypress.
