let as assume that the numbers are inteers and real.. so the equation might be: F=(A+.123123123123...) F=N/D it can be: N/(N+1) or (N+1)/N = A + 0.123123123123... <---equation 1 since the numbers are in consecutive order but it didn't say what number would be in numerator and in denomnitor. (the smaller number can be the numerator and vice versa).. since the numbers are consecutive it be: D-M=1 or N-D=1 <---equation 2 the quotient is A.123123123123123.. can be written as: (A + 0.123 + 0.000123 + 0.000000123 + ...)<--- sum of geometric progression S=a1/(1-r) ((A+0.000123)/(A+0.123))=((A+0.123)/(A)) ...tuloy ko po sa bahay  , walang calculator |

lahat kasi ng numbers na magkasunod, 1 ang remainder. kaya ano yung next na divisor and/or dividend? kung reverse order naman, ang remainder mo yung smaller number.

gumawa ako ng iteration program sa mathcad.. mali-mali ang results.. unang lumabas na "answer" ng program: 1141 & 1142 -->mali! sunod na iteration: 743 & 744 --> mali din! baka pwede kahit hindi consecutive? |
