Contest Objectives:
1. To have a collection of pinoy made projects on our main page. (wala pa tayo nito).
2. Show the presense of pinoy electronics enthusiasts on the global community (lahat na lang ng mga simple projects sa net panay amerikano, dapat may lumabas din sa google na pinoy heheheh).
3. Encourage more electronics enthusiasts. (siyempre pag may nakikita ang kabataan na mga electronics projects diyan nagsisimula ang pagkahilig sa electronics)

Our prize is a 5mW 532 nanometers Green Laser Pointer with Adjustable Focus. The costs is about 100$.

Contests Rules:

Submit your homebuilt electronics project to ElectronicsLab.PH just pm me.

1. The submitted electronics project must have the following:
   A. Schematic Diagram (Proteus, Multisim or other EDA software screen  captures)

   B. PCB Layout (Express PCB or other EDA software)

   C. Picture (posted in photobucket or imageshack), Preferrably a video clip (posted on rapidshare or youtube) of the working prototype with a name tag or name plate embedded on the prototype with the following text format "project entry by yourname to www.electronicslab.ph" or "project entry by forum name to www.electronicslab.ph"

Example: "project entry by electron to www.electronicslab.ph"
Example: "project entry by jun lozada to www.electronicslab.ph"

(this is a measure to allow us to authenticate that you are indeed the real owner of the said prototype)

   D. A short explanation of how the circuit works.

3. Use of microcontrollers/PLCs/PLDs/mpus/personal computers or other programmable devices are prohibited.
4. All analog IC's are allowed, All CMOS,TTL,ECL devices are allowed.
5. You can submit as many electronics projects as you want.

All of the submitted projects will be posted at the main page of www.electronicslab.ph as an additional content of this website. The credit still goes to the owner of the project.

kailangan hintayin pala natin yung mga entry ng mga students. karamihan sa kanila september gumagawa at nakakatapos kapag malapit na ang sem break. Move natin ang annoncement of winners to october 28 para magkaroon tayo ng 1 month of voting from members.

question:  kahit ba ram and rom (eprom,eeprom, and similar programmable memory device) are prohibited for the said project entries?  for example, digital voice recorder similar to that featured in one of the Electronics Enthusiast magazine (of course, using an original design).  walang cpu or mcu but using an ADC chip and DRAM and discrete glue logic.  puede ba yung ganoon?

pwede yun kaya lang sigurado kang talo sa "usefulness","orginality" at "complexity" hehehehe..

on a sidenote, kelangan ba talaga may dedicated PCB? plan ko lang muna kasi sa protoboard eh(not breadboard)..it consists of many building blocks combined together to function ....

wahahaha!! may naiisip ako kaya lang pang amateur eh, hahaha!! I lost my touch for electronics na eh, pwede bang simple lang as in basics pero useful? try ko irekindle ung enthusiasm ko sa electronics medyo napadpad kasi ako the other way eh!! hehehe!!!

pwede sa protoboard pero kailangan mo pa rin mag-submit ng pcb layout for the benefit of others who want to replicte your project..
