Siyempre ECE or COE kasi ang trend ngayon is more in information technology. Medyo lamang lang ang ECE because may board exam. Nakakatulong ang PRC license sa promotion at pogi points  .. |

5 sevenstring - dapat COE kukunin ko. sumama lang ako sa tropa namin na nag shift sa ECE.very thankful ako sa mga kabarkada ko...

siguro naman di nila ididiscriminate pagiging ECE abroad kung nakita nila na ok ang accomplishments sa resume mo. sa tingin nyo bro? may mga kilala akong ECE na nasa abroad pero nasa software developments sila...

I hold a diploma in ECE, graduated in the UK, no board exam required, just the piece of paper. I was accepted and gainfully employed by Sony for a while and didn't even had to cut my hair which was awesome! This would be a big no-no in the Philippines, right? After a couple of years I went free lance as I got tired of the nine-to-five crap and also got into playing with a band a few nights a week. What I'm saying is, it really doesn't matter what sort of qualification one has (either of the three mentioned), you just have to be in the right place at the right time and if luck is on your side then it's happy days!! Just my dos centimos. |

COE pa rin ako, kahit umabot ako ng six years a course na yan. Sa electronics di rin pahuhuli, sa programming matindi rin kaya kung pinagsama yung dalawa, ang tindi na, hehehe  Di naman sa grades nakikita ang kaalam nasa practice lang. Kahit alam mo color code kung hindi mo rin alam basahin wala din diba? Anyway bago pa lang ako dito at ito ang una kong post. nice to be here. |

I'll go for EE. In schools now a days(colleges or universities), EE's are thought with Electronics, Communications and Computer things. When it comes to the actual jobs an EE can cover these 3 fields. In my job, I worked as an IT guy, electronics, instrumentations and electrical maintainer.
Heavy Industries, Industrial plants and Factories and power systems deal with power higher than 220 Volts - EE's are the men.
