motel ang pinakamaganda na negosyo, yung short time lang...

electric fan at 6 square meters na room, pwede na yan sa 150 to 200 na 1.5 hour rate.

kabaret, maganda rin na negosyo, pero depende rin sa local ordinances sa lugar nyo, kung required na may security guard, chances are medyo bawas kita yan.

sa electronics supplies naman, concentrate ka sa spare parts ng consumer electronics kung nasa suburban ka or rural areas, wag sa hobbyists, lugi ka kung sa hobbyists kaka stock ng parts, by order na lang gawin mo for the hobbyists parts.

Btw, ang trend ngayun ay sa motorcycle parts ang blings, kung may pwesto ka along sa highway or sa commercial center ng lugar nyo, pwede ka sumugal dun, samahan mo na rin ng repair ang maintenance ng motor, kahit di ganun kalaki ang kita sa umpisa, pero mabilis ang ikot ng pera.

Masarap magtayo ng motel sa Eastwood or kaya sa Timog kahit mahal ang upa duun mababawi din agad. Puno lagi yan lalo na pag walang pasok or Friday Grin Grin

Or kaya naman Lying Inn Clinic or Funeral Parlor malapit sa isang slum areas

Maganda din ito, yun nga lang medyo mahirap sa umpisa pero pag tumagal medyo makakabawi na rin.

may naisip ako concept para mapababa ang operating cost, why not magtayo kayo parking lot na similar ang concept? gawin nyong mas mataas ang rate to discourage ang mga ligitimate na magpapark at only those with dirty business ang magpapark dun, nyahaha win win solution

kailangan lang eh dimly lit ang loob then may mga nakahanda ka na mga numbers na pagpipilian,  Grin Grin Grin
