Most probably Amplitude Modulation ang assignment mo  .

1 What is the Maximum Power that can be contained in the sideband w/o distortion?
if I'm not mistaken, in AM, at 100% modulation the two sideband is 1/3 of carrier power and the remaining is wasted at the carrier power. that's why may mga 80%,70%,etc. na modulation to save power..

    Pt = Pc (1 + m²/2)
    Pt = Pc + (m²/2)Pc

    0.88 = 1 / Vc
    Vc = ?

try mo yung frenzel na book madali maintindihan at yan lang ang libro ng comms o est na natapos ko back to back kulang na kasi ang time para sa board
