refer to your favorite electronics textbook, dinidiscuss yan prior to topics on diodes

i think I know this...

are you asking from the very start of crystal formation or just the lithography processes...

I may have a video about this.

will find it, i'll post it later!:)

kung ang tanong eh more like paano nagkakaron ng p type at ntype materials, medyo naaalala ko pa yung electronics 1 ko especially yung instructor ko na malaki katawan(naggigym) pero maliit boses, naku baka andito yun ah lagot ako, hehehe

ang pure silicon is not under p type nor n type, nagkakaron lang xa ng classification after doping(chemical process),

kung di ako ngkakamali pag pentavalent element ang ginamit pang dope eh makakabuo ka ng n-type

at kung tri valent ang element eh makakabuo ka ng p-type,

tama ba or baliktad?

usually nasa unahan na topic yan just before diode or PN-materials (sinabi na nga ni sir paranz). hehehe

i think makaka buo ka ng p/n-typ na material in the process of doping - yung lalagyan mo ng impurities yung isang pure na material.. dun na papasok yung pentavalent ( 5 yung valence of electrons) or trivalent ( 3 yung valence of electrons) element...

please correct me if im wrong.. yun yung na understand ko nung binasa ko yung key boylestead. ^_^

basically doping.. marami nang process..search the net na lang if im not mistaking diffusion and ion implantation ung sikat na doping process.. maglalagay ka ng impurity na pentavalent for n-type and trivalent for p-type sa almost pure na silicon wafer.... my mga new processes ng kasi how n-type and p-type are formed.. new technology requires for a much higher speed, presicion and to reduce errors sa mga semicon devices.. uhmm natutunan ko lang sa review namin.. hehe
