This is a SMD 1uF 35V capacitor.  The dimensions are approximately 0.14x0.11 inches which does not seem to be standard and I can't find it in the eagle library.  Is this a polarized capacitor or not?  There is a single band which would suggest its polarized but which is the positive and which is the negative terminal?

parang tantalum type sya.. and ang tantalum capacitors are polarized..
yung terminal na malapit sa white stripe is the negative terminal..

mali pala, yung polarity bond indicates the positive terminal..

Yup correct ka bro.  Points for you.  I remeasured again the smd cap in milimeters and it was 3.5x2.8 mm and was able to find the component in the eagle library.  Its a euro standard dimension and the component layout in eagle shows that the band indicates the positive terminal.

@alyas, thanks din nga pala..
