Serial port ang connection nya, ginawa ng author na RJ45 ang interface sa board para mas cheaper siguro, pero pag connect sa PC is sa serial port.

actually thats a good (i.e. cheap) pic programmer kasi gumagamit lang ng 2 transistors instead of the more expensive MAX232 for the voltage doubling and inverting function.

Kaya lang common feedback is that it doesnt normally works with notebook PC dahil medyo mababa voltage level ng serial port. Sa serial port kasi nagdraw ng power yung programmer.

ganyan ung ginawa niya.. alam ko sa UK based programmers meron silang adapter na ganyan papunta sa serial port...

May isang class kami, nagdala yung teacher ng 4 crimping tools. Hindi pa tapos ang 1-period, sira na lahat. Pinaglaruan kasi namin tas naiipit tas di na nagcicrimp ng maayos.
