recently, i accidentally drop my analog multi-tester, when i pick it up and take a look for a damage, i was surprise because the pointer stays at the middle. i disassemble it and take a look, the components are still intact.

is it possible to repair the pointer.?

please help me guys, im just new here.

naku kong  nadis-align  na ang magnetic coiling ng pointer  mu...

mahirap  na yang buhayin  ah  este  kumpunuhin...
assembly  kasi  yan  eh...

i highly recommend  nlng  na bili nlng  kayo ng bago..
piliin   mu  iyong  SANWA ?

^ agree. once na-dislocate 'yung needle ng analog meter, kung maibalik sa dati madalas may discrepancy na sa reading sa area kung saan nagkaroon ng dislocation.

Kung disloacated lang at di damaged yung spring, you have a fair chance of repairing your meter. You need a steady hand and a very clean worktable. Once you removed the seal, any small magnetic object rushing inside your delicate meter assembly may  permanently ruined the meter.

It will be a test of patience, but remember, you have nothing to loose. Might as well give it a try, kungg di man successful, may natutunan ka naman. Wink

^^ agreed  dapat  clean ang area of distruction ah  este.. repairing area..

dahil  kapag napasukan ng buhangin(SAND) yan at dumikit sa permanent magnet .. another problem na naman  yan  Grin

kaya kailangan ng tiyaga  at mataas na pasensya Grin

thanks po sa inyong lahat... :-) i've tried to repair pero wala pong continuity yung coil, sa tingin ko, sira na yung coil, bibili nalang ako nang bago. yung SANWA lang ba ang may anti-shock.? meron po bang analog and digital in one na meter.?
