jvc tv 21" model no. AV 20N31 too much line on screen

how to fix a jvc tv model no. AV 20N31 with too much line on screen sometimes blurred or color blind, i already go to the technician but the result was 1week ok and it turn again to its old problem,too much line...any suggestions.thanks for the help.

sir pag-adjust mo yong screen sa may FBT wala bang effect? pwede kasi FBT yong sira, pwede rin connection going to the crt insufficient supply ng RGB driver may also cause replaced lines, capacitor sa vertical, blanking circuit sa video/chroma ic...
