Specifications of the Equipments used in a Telephone System

Hello Everyone!
I am JB and we have this project and I am needing of help for my design of my own telephone system.
I am required to have the following equipments' specifications:
1.) Bundled Twisted Pair
2.) Drop wire
3.) Cross connect cabinet
4.) Telephone Switches


I am wondering if it would be better if these equipments are made by the same manufacturer so that they will be compatible to each other? What I mean is, is there a set of these equipments that are really used by telephone companies. If so, where would I find the specifications of such equipments?

Again, all I need is the specifications of the equipments above and if it is okay if they are compatible to each other.

try to search Alibaba or 'yung iba pang Chinese sourcing sites. madalas niyan mga Chinese at Indian 'yung madali mo na lang makikitahan ng specifications dahil karamihan nung mga malalaking manufacturers, sa clients na lang nagre-release pagdating sa POTS (Plain Old Telephone System).
