problem about lm3914 circuits

kua, pag-naiba po ba ang voltage ng power supply ng lm3914/15 eh may chance ba na mabago ung setting ng range(especially ung pin4 at 6 which is Rhi at Rlo)?

Rlo is connected to ground while Rhi is usually connected to the Vref out.  Rhi will not change if the supply voltage will change since it is connected to the Vref out. (provided supply voltage is not less than Vref.)
