MS EE (Computer and Communications) - UPd di ko kasi linya ang control systems eh, pero ang pagkakaalam ko sa AI, sa CS (Com Sci) nakikipagcoordinate.  |

gs2 ko sanang mag Communication Major kasi may project na ako as proposed by our company
pero thesis based kasi ang ERDT so nag Control System nlang ako.
e kaso wla pa po akong na pag iisipang thesis.

haiiiiii.....
ang alam ko po kasi pwede rin pong mag-apply nang ERDT para sa MEng EE, kasi may engineering project naman xa kapalit nang master's thesis nang MS EE. tsaka parang mas ok ang MEng para sa meron nang exposure sa industry. sabi po ninyo meron na kayong project na para sa company nyo, baka pwede po iyon as eng'g project. hindi po talaga makakaiwas sa research .... |

hinde, eng'g project talaga ang kinukuha nang MEng'g ayon sa curriculum. research rin naman yun eh. . hindi ko alam ang difference nya with master's thesis. |

Hi everyone, One of the application requirements for an MS or even an MBA program is a referral letter/recommendation from your former professors, what if matagal kanang nag graduate say mga 5 or 10 years ago pa, they will most probably never remember you lalo na if your just the average student .... |

naghanap ako ng curriculum ng MS EE (Micro) ng UP sa website kaya lang wala pala. You can go directly sa graduate office ng UP Eng'g.

Magandang araw po mga masters. First post ko po to. Graduate po ako ng BS-IT and planning to take MS-Computer applications. Ang background ko po from my BS course is
Mathematics - Completed all math subjects and took engineering science differential equations
Physics - Completed all basic physics courses Mechanics, Thermodynamics, Electricity and magnetism
Electrical Engineering and Electronics - none
From what I've read the subjects I need to pass in MS-CA are
Numerical Methods - I have a bit idea
Operating Systems, Data Structures, Computer Organization and Architecture - I can get by
Computer Interfacing
Digital Signal Processing
Digital Audio/Image Processing
Advanced Multimedia
Master's Thesis
I think matatanggap po ako pero I'm reconsidering because I don't know if I can do well enough. I could say that my only strong point is programming and I can get by in math but I don't really have anything else. If tutuloy po ako, ano pong mga preperations pwede ko gawin? I don't mind taking a few undergraduate courses. Which subjects are necessary for which? And my biggest challenge is I don't have the least idea on what I would do on my thesis. I've done bits of research but found few if any at all tips as I see my case as somewhat rare. I can't see myself taking up MS-IT because I just know I don't want to go back to that anymore.
