depends really on your resources and goal. ie. tuition fee, course duration, highly technical course, sure job abroad etc?

i think so, pre.. yung mga dati ko teacher (7 of them i think) may MS sila from UP-diliman, DLSU, & MSU-IIT, and when they apply for PhD sholarship abroad, tanggap sila. 5 are in japan, 1 in singapor, and 1 in australia. Yung isa na nasa Japan, he also worked part time sa Japan habang nag-aaral and imply niya honor naman daw ang masters. i also have 1 former school mate ECE din, nagtapos ng MEP-ECE sa ADDU, and he applied online sa isang job sa dubai (though wala pa siya nakalarga as of now), sabi nya ok din daw yung masters degree nya doon.

If you want to take MS then go for it. Try to make some research first on which MS program you want to take. You can browse online the school sites.
Huwag po kayo mag-alangan kahit na mababa grades nyo during the undergrad. As far as i know, universities desire more graduate study enrollees kasi kunti lang nagkukuha ng MS.
I for one have several failed subjects during my BSECE years, but when i apply last 2004 sa UP-Diliman, natanggap din naman ako. Unfortunately, hindi rin ako natuloy mag-aral doon due to some personal reasons.

Kung full time ka at konti budget . . . I suggest UPD
Kung full time ka at madaming pera . . . I suggest DLSU
Kung flexible ang scheds mo at konti lang pera mo . . . I suggest TUP-Manila

ok lang naman. Sa experience ko, ang nakakapagod lang is a byahe since i was studying in ADDU (davao city) while teaching (in gensan). Its a 3-hour trip every friday evening or saturday morning. IMHO, MEP-ECE is good for promotion purposes only, dont expect much from it academically (depende rin siguro sa school yun)

you mean po MEP is only for upgrading of your position in a company? institution? meron po kasi ako nakita dati na curriculum ng MEP sa isang school website. nakita ko na parang inulit lang yung mga tinake na major subject nung college? is it true? what do you think of TUP for masteral? low budget po kasi ako e.

this is so correct In my experience, the only subject that was completely new to me was Managerial Accounting , one of the subject in MEP-ECE program. The rest of the subjects, parang inulit nalang ang 4th & 5th year undergrad I truly fancy an MS degree and not an MEP-ECE, somehow i regret not pursuing MS in UP-diliman. Im not familiar with MEP-ECE course offering of TUP.

mas ok ang MS kaysa MEP. few units short din ang MEP. most of the times ang MS may specific target like Instrumentation and Controls, RF, etc. tapos ang MEP mas broader ang sakop kaya konti ang mastery of a certain subject.
while working, kailangan magaling ka magbalance ng time para sa MS.

i can suggest also try applying scholarships for masteral especially in Japan scholarship..you can start from masteral until Phd na using the scholarship. Money is not really the problem as long makapasa ka.

of course you have allowans...(what you mean kapalit?kapalit para sa nagbigay ng scholarship?) anyway,if you have career back sa Phil, balik ka for further promotion for your position(at salary) but kung gusto mo magstart ulit sa Jpan pwede rin.
