Wat da pak.. last week my mother bought for me a globe tatto broadband USB. For a price of p1395 because it says in the label that it has a free internet surfing for 120 hours. And it says also in the label that I just have to text "free120" to 8888 and wait for the confirmation. I think I have sent it for more than 20 times yet I have not receive the confirmation. I tried to call 211 but as usual it is unreachable. So I let my gf go to globe telecom personally. And she found out that the free120 is just a promo and unfortunately for us we could not use it coz that promo already ended last month. Putya pwede ba yan?? I just hope I could return this to where my mother bought it or else it would be my calling to f**k Globe.... 
Its just a small amount but im sorry im really pissed how they trick their customers.   Angry Angry Cry

Kaizer is right, kung sa Globe Business Center binili yan, actually hindi na nila ibebenta yan.  Malamang mga overstock yan from retailers and sold it for the same amount.

yup, madalas yan,, di lang globe or sa mga ganyang product.. lahat ganyan.. hehe kung sa authorized or sa kanila ka mismo bumili at ganyan.. that's the time na dapat ngang ireklamo...

the thing na pede mo sigurong gawin jan is to report sa globe yung pinagbilhan ng mom mo, kasi dapat wala na yung label ng promo na yun...

Tama po kayo. Seguro hindi ito kasalanan ng globe. Dahil hindi po ito binili ng mama ko sa Globe center mismo. Nabigla lang ako ng nabalitaan ko yung sabi ng customer care rep sa gf ko.

Gawin ko yun master┌[٠KaiZeR]٨[gigz09٠]┐.. Maraming salamat po. I just hope Globe will not just wash hands with this. Because it made me wonder that the label did not even contain that it is just a promo. By the way ang label is just a sticker. And the store where my mama bought it is a big one. As in one of the major store here sa city namin.

When i try to register to SUPERSURF,

"You are currently subscribed to a SuperSurf service. Pls wait for ur subscription to expire prior to registering again."

But when i check my supersurf status,

"Sorry, you are not registered to Globe Tattoo SUPERSURF service...."


Putya naman GLOBE OHH!!! Paano ako maka register nito?? Na ban na ba number ko???

lahat naman ng experience ko sa globe ok.,.walang problema... except sa GLOBE WIF*CKS nila..

ok lang an mabagal..pero yung disconnected lage... WTF!!! Cheesy anyway, wala namang perfect provider dito..

Parehong pareho tayo ng experiencer sa globe... Ganyan din Nag avail kami ng Mobile Phone nila ExtelCom ung name.. noon payun.. mga 1990s pa.. ganyan din.. pinaputol na namin.. tapos tuloy tuloy parin ang bill.. nagkautang kami sa kanila ng 1k+.. dahil pinaputol na nga namin yung linya kasi meron ng PLDT na linya sa lugar namin.. kaya ayaw namin bayaran.. tapos dinemanda kami.. sa halagang 1k+ na utang daw namin.. siningil kami ng 50k.. kasama daw bayad sa nagastos nila sa abogado.... WTF na globe yan..

may nagpainstall sakin kanina ng globe tattoo modem, at ang dapat pala ay free125 to 8888 para sa 125 hours free browsing with 2000 SMS to globe/tm

gumana naman at nakadikit pa dun sa box ay valid yung promo hanggang July 31

Nangyari naman ito ulit sa akin kahapon.. when i needed it the most. 

Another thing i hate is yung when I inquire for the SUPERSURF STATUS, the time of expiration is WRONG!
