May 1-16 running leds na ako gamit ang Clock pulse, 74154 and 74154 4x16 demux.

Pero wala na akong idea pag dating sa 1-32. Need help po about concepts. Tnx

may nabasa ako before yung running led lights naman nya gamit is shift register then naka cascade lang para humaba.

Usually yung 74154 ay may 4 bit counter at 555 timer na clock source.  Pag pataas yung 4 bit counter, gumagalaw din na paisa-isa pataas yung 74154.  Kung gusto mo ng 32 gumamait ka ng dalawang 74154.  Mapapansin mo sa datasheet na may /G1 at /G2 yung 74154.  Ang technique ay i ground mo yung /G1 at gamitin mo yung dalawang /G2 ng dalawang 74154 kung sinong 74154 ang gagana. Nakaparallel lang yung output ng 4 bit counter sa dalawang 74154.  Pagumabot na sa 16 yung output  (i connect yung output ng 16 to clock ng JK flip Flop to a diode with a pull down resistor after the diode), gumamit ka ng dual JK Flip Flop tulad ng 74109 para i-toggle to HIGH yung /G2 ng una (naka connect sa Q) at I toggle ng LOW yung /G2 ng pangalawa (naka connect sa /Q)para ito naman ang gumana.  Pag umabot naman sa 32 i connect i-connect mo rin ito sa clock ng JK through another diode sa clock ng JK Flip Flop para ma-enable ulit yung unang 74154 at i disable yung pangalawa.  If this helps, give me a pogi point.

Gamit ka na lang ng shift register. Apat na shift register lang yang 32LED. Cascaded na lang.
