hey guys!,,,,pls help po...ganito po problem ko...I am operating an internet cafe with only 9 PC's connected using a distributed mode or a server free networking..My router is Edimax BR-6624 Load Balancing Router and my Hub is D-Link DES-1016D before I am using CNET 16 ports Hub..I switch to D-Link, kasi I thought that my CNET hub was the problem but since I switched to D-Link nag occur pa rin ang problema...Eto po problema...bigla nalng nawawala ang connection ng LAN through all the clients na naka connect sa HUB (and then from the HUB to the ROuter) and from that wala na ang internet connection while the other PC which is ginagamit ko as a server for my time monitoring which is connected directly thru the router, meron naman internet connection kaso unable to connect lang thru the client PCs. Ang ginagawa ko naman pag nag occur ang problem restart ko lang Router at ang HUb, yun stable na naman ang LAN and internet connections thru all the PCs...ano po kaya possible cause ng problem bakit po kaya nag-occur ang problemang ito??salamat po..

try to reset to manufacturer settings ung router....
then reconfigure.... put the info of ur DSL then blah blah...
or check/replace cables from router to HUB...
since ung router ay merong multiple ports...
try muh mag connect ng ibang client sa router maliban sa Server...
check kung anu ang effect...
or else if ung HUB ay SWITCH HUB.... pede muh n tanggalin ung Router... so SWITCH HUB n lng ung gamit muh...set muh n lng sa server ung DSL accnt para maka connect then share the internet on the Network.... para mas ma isolate ung prob... so dependent na sa server ung connection nyu...

Question lang muna... 1. What ang DSL provider mo? 2. Ilang Mbps ang subscription mo? 3. May net usage monitoring software kaba ginagamit? (Net cafe and the like)..
Dont want to jump into conclusion without some details...na encounter ko na din yan sa cafe ko dati pero na fix naman.

two things...
if its not on the hardware... better check the software... or vice versa..
recently i experience some internet disconnection here in comp shop also...
1st.. just like what happen to evil...those are the instruction i did to find the problem..
in addition-- if sa software...
if the connection is dependent on the server... check the servers firewall.. or the anti virus could it be there are some delayed actions with the security of the software... some anti virus kc merong personal firewall..
2nd... unknown problem
there are some cases tlg na nawawalan ng internet pero mapapansin mo sa gaming or the online games (for example naglalaro ako ng ONLINE GAME: nawala net ung katabi ko pero connected parin ako)...
or shall we say wala internet data pero sa gaming meron and sometimes nag aagawan ng connetion...
Solution: dahil wala makitang prob... hinayaan ko lng....after 48 hours..
all back to normal....

broadband connection kasi ako...GLOBE and SMARTBRO..im using load balancing router with 2 WAN..sinabay ko dalawa connection.di lang naman sa internet connection ang problem pati kasi sa LAN may problema..bgla kasi mag ha hang ung monitoring pc nang saglit lang, tapos yun wala na ako access thru the all the clients PC..bumabalik lang after ko restart ang hub tsaka ang router...i could say that walang problema sa internet connection dito....ang pinagtataka ko lang yung bgla mag ha hang ang timer pc ko at may kasama pa ingay tsaka mawala na ang connection thru the LAN....^_^..

dimo na mention na gumagamit ka ng timer software. Sa akin yung ginamit ko ang net cafe nag ka prob ako.
1.Ping mo router from pc to verify kung ok ang linya. 2.try mo muna windows lang at ala mga software & etc..run pag ok so isa sa mga software. Kung may timer software ka wag mo muna gamitin.

im using handycafe latest version for my timer...and im using handycafe filtering software...paminsan-minsan lang naman nag o-occur ang problem sometimes twice in a day or once in a day...bgla kasi mag ha hang ang timer pc na may kasamang tunog and then bgla lang nawala LAN connection,,,..pag restart ko na router at ang hub balik ok na naman....

uh try to reinstall the Handy cafe software...
... well if u want to filter sites do it in ur router... sa Cisco router kc d na kailangan mag restart ng router kpg my changes..sa D-link it requires..
kc using handy cafe timer too.....kung tutuusin wla nmn problema kahit patayin ko pa ang server No reactions from the clients.. even from restart... clients automatically reports their time once server turns back... and of course d makakagamit ang client kung wala response from the server..

Sa timer monitoring ko nakita ang sa akin. Unless siguro original. Diko lang na try kung may dedicated server at monitoring PC na nag cocontrol sa lahat ng PC sa net kung ok(ang pirated).

helow guys...i think sa software lang ang problema..sa handy cafe..i tried to reinstall the software and then 3 days from now di na nag-occur ang problem...sana tuloy-tuloy na to..^_^...anyway thanx guys for the response!..i highly appreciated that!..

Handycafe 3.3.16..basic configuration lang po..ginawa ko kasi on the first nag download lang ako ng latest manual update ng handycafe..tapos update ko ang older version..ayun cguro naging problema..may bug sa pag update ko..so ginawa ko, uninstall talaga yung oder version and install the latest version with the latest installer..^_^..ganda kasi sa handy cafe yung screen capture at tsaka remote management features...hehe..
