The waveform you are showing is correct. Ano actual waveform mong nakuha? Di ba triangular? trapezoidal ba? Ano ang old values at ano ang new values mo?

the waveform i observed was a decaying sine wave with around 30mV amplitude and in the Mhz range. I assumed it was just noise. I consulted datasheets and i think my setup and connections were correct. I do not know the cause of this problem..

Your circuit is not oscillating the way it should. It will help if you tell us the old values and the new values.

Ok my friend let us do it this way - mukhang matagal na to at marami kanang tinanong na tao. Pls note this "static" method of troubleshooting is different because it will let you slow down the operation of your circuit so that you can see what is going on in slow motion. Pls see your circuit below with the values you have given but modified so that the desired effect I described can be seen. Adding a switch will allow you to control when and how the integrator (the op amp with cap) operates and how the comparator (the other opamp) reacts to the output of the integrator. Kung wala kang switch you can use a jumper. So setup your circuit as shown then power up and have your voltmeter ready. First set the switch to +5V. Measure the voltages at Point A, B and C. Then set the switch to -5V. Measure the voltages at Point A, B and C. Record them on the table provided then post them here. From the values you get, we will know what is going on then we will decide what the next move is. -TTH
