Try to listen at 27.495MHz USB from 4AM to 5AM.  I'm sure you can hear stations modulating on frequency on a daily basis.

I was also.

I believe the CB skip distance here is right on Korea.
Before, I could hear Korean's talking on almost all channels. Smiley

I'm using an HF radio converted from a UNIDEN GrantXL CB, channelized into frequencies under the HF band.  Had it para may monitor ako sa IC725.

I still have my radios with me. cobra 2000 gtl/ 148 gtl both modified to go up 10 mtrs. and rci 2950 which was registered to the ntc when my class c was still valid. my call was du3bkl. ngayon nakatabi pa rin along with my icom ic-707. sana nga mar-revive ang radio. used to collect thousands of qsl cards sa 11 mtr dx. kung meron mga nag dx nung 80's to 90's maaring kilala ko pa kayo. my call was 79 rc 003

Rurikdgreat... You forgot to mention our civic action group, KILOHERTZ COMMUNICATIONS UNIT (KCU) on Channel 27. My callsign then was Oscar 74 (O74). We are Rizal based group affiliated with the Eastern Police District way back in the 90's

CHEERS, 73's!
