safemode then pwede muna reset password m? or use Hiren's multiboot CD kng advance user ka .

Gamit ka ng software sa cd dun ka mag boot then you can change the password but you can not recover
and most this software are running on XP.

try mo po sir sa safemode baka wala password ang administrator account then pagnakapasok ka na dun sa administrator account punta ka dun sa control panel select mo user.then remove password. gudluck po..sana makatulong po.
