Q:
ok lang ba kapg direct ko sa battery ang ground?
nakakaapekto rin ba ang position(kung saan ko inilagay) ng amp. kaya nasasagap nya ang mga unwanted noise? (nakalagay kase yung amp ko sa ilalim ng dashboard kung saan malapit sa evaporator ng sasakyan?
to find out kung ang dahilan ng noise ay dahil sa location ng amp, why not feed the amp with audio from an independent MP3 player (i-pod would do).. just make sure that the mp3 player does not touch any metal or ground so as not to introduce ground loops. so ang setup ay MP3 player -->Power amp. Also make sure that the mp3 player is operating on its internal batteries, not from a car charger. regarding ground ng amp, it is ok that you connect the amp's grounding directly to the battery, provided that you do the same for the head unit (extend the black wire to the battery) and do not let the head unit's body touch any grounded metal. In this set-up you may need also to isolate the head unit's antenna ground. matrabaho talaga ang ground loop elimination. back in college days when i was asked to install car power amps, inaabot ako ng ilang oras trying to find the best grounding scheme. pero kung may audio isolator ka (basically 1:1 audio transformer) madali lang ito, just insert to the audio path and that's it.. kahit ganito lang sana http://www.jensen-transformers.com/ci2rr.htmlEDIT OT it would be nice if automotive audio manufacturers make use of balanced audio interfaces and/or provide optical audio interface to mitigate these problems. |

ganito din ang method na ginawa ko to isolate the problem before  and I agree, matrabaho talaga siya ieliminate inabot din ako ng siyam-siyam nung nag-setup ng car audio  |

Check mo yung Spark Plug mo kung resistor type. If NGK gamit mo merong R sa model nya. Malaking factor to sa pag bawas ng noise.
Dun naman sa RCA, Dapat ang gamitin mo eh yung twisted type or yung talagang merong shielding sa loob. Yung mga mumurahin kasi eh wala shield kaya merong noise...

baka sakaling makatulong ng little kasi 2X na may nagpa install sa akin na ganyan din ang trouble .nilagyan ko lang ng rectifier na 6amp after ng rectifier nilagyan ko ng dalawang 4700uf ang supply para sa radio at ampli na minimize ko naman ang interference  |

depende s model ng sasakyan ung lalagyan mo ng power amp ms mganda dumaan sa regulated DC power supply ng sasakyan pra maiwasan ang humming ng power amp mo kpag ngrebolusyon k ng engine or while driving tip cu sau lagyan mo ng noise suppressor ung B+ ng power amp mo pra less humming tpos pg nset-up mo n patugtug k ng metal o hardcore pra mainis sau ung mga pulis at mmda .. harharhar !  |

maski anong sasakyan basta ang b+ ng car stereo ay may noise suppresor hindi mag humming yan, pero power amp ang gamitin mo tulad ng mga v12 dyan walang problema kasi filtered nayan ang mga power supply, malinis na malinis ang supply

masmaganda kung diretso sa battery ang power supply, lagyan mo lang ng switch at breaker or fuse then power capacitor na malaki ang farad kung malaki ang wattage ng speaker mo

mostly kasi ang humming galing sa preamp, sensitive kasi ang preamp paghindi naregulate ang power supply nito or walang noise suppresor , madaling makapasok sa Power Amp...

hindi natin tinanong si ts kung saan sya kumuha ng output sa head unit at saan sya nag input sa power amp,most head units may pre out lang para sa subwoofer pero wala para sa frotn/rear speakers,and hindi lahat ng power amps merong high level input and line level inputs.paano kung ang head unit nya walang pre out sa front/rear outputs,then yung amp wala naman high level inputs,so kailangan nya ng high level out to line level out adaptor para match ang impedance ng head unit at power amp |
