Note: post nyo rin yung internal ng (scooter or any kinds) motor nyo kung nabuksan na.

binuksan ko lang itong scooter motor para ipakita kung ano meron sa loob:
sa nameplate: 24V, 22A, 350W, 2600rpm



may 4 na magnet


may 4 na carbon brush at ang rotor may 20 slots (yung blue color thing ay balance weight)
front bearing - 6000z, rear bearing - 608z, shaft - 10mm

sino may motor control dyan na pang malakihang motor. kahit diagram lang. dc motor controller.

'yung ginamit namin dati, TL494 lang at MOSFET. tapos 'yung sumunod naman torque control using current feedback na gawa sa AWG14 na wire. TL494 pa rin at MOSFET ulit. 'yung motor is 1kW ata na 36V.

wala akong diagram na naka-drawing or schematic capture noon. noong ginawa namin 'yun, sinulat ko lang sa notebook.

may alam kago na gumagawa nang controller. kasi gusto lahat nang gamit sa e electric vehicle ko dito sa pinas gawa. maliban nalang sa motor wala me makita na gawa sa atin. kahit site lang pwede.

meron akong ginawang motor controller dati para dun sa electric generator (10KW max) ko na ginawa kong dc motor para sa EV pero under test pa lahat.  isa sa listahan ko yung magproduce nung naka-post kong electric motor at controller.

anong klaseng EV ang gagawin mo?

ung luma n owner. kasi matibay ung chasis pag lagyan ng battery. kasi try ko ung kotse na maliit at nag lagay me ng weight na kasingbigat ng 10 battery. masyadong mababa at walang space. kailangan ko lang talaga ung motor controller. mahal kasi sa ebay ung curtis motor controller at matagal pa dumating dito sa pinas.

try ko narin gumawa ng bike na electric. ginamit ko na motor ung stater ng malaking makina. ok cya problema ko lang ung controller talaga. palagi nasusunog ung controller ko. mahirap mag try and error sa circuit. magastos.

meron na nagconvert to EV?  yan ang gusto ko ng makita.  yun ang balak kong gawin pag nagkapera. may kamahalan din kasi.  sa ngayon puro basa sa internet at watch lang ako ng mga EV conversions sa youtube eh.
