1. Design ng Cell
2. Type of electrodes na ginamit
3. Type of water na gamit
4. Voltage / amps

Objectives:

Sis napaka ganda ng iyong plano....dont want to discourage you but we need the polymer na ginagamit sa cell. This was invented as early as during the 60' and 70's. I so happen to forget the name.

Introduction:

Low Emission Test - HHO Enhanced

Yong sinasabi kong paraan eh yong tinatawag na Hydrogen on Demand, magproduce at the same time consume din.

Sa gagawa agad. Consider this factors First:

1.  Basahin muna maigi yong General properties ng Hydrogen
3.  Ano ang mga advantages na maidudulot

Saka na ulit tayo. mag discuss nag laman loob (hehehe..I mean Details) na mga bagay bagay..like Design, pagcontrol ng heat, pagcontrol ng amperes.....

Very interesting kung step by step ang mga paraan, bago natin subukan yong ginawa ni Mang Daniel.

Sa mga with experience na..correct me if I'm wrong sa mga observation ko kay Mang Daniel..

1. Power Supply - gumagamit sya ng 12volts tapos pasa nya don sa isang ignition coil nya..ignition coil
mataas 20 to 40K volts na may mababang amperes..mataas ang wattage kaya d
                         mag iinit ang tubig.

2. Design of Cell - Sinasabi nya, eh honeycomb daw reactor nya, yong H2 diretso sa customized fuel
injector nya.

anong gamit mong design bro?  dry or wet cell config, LV high amp or HV low amp brute force? or PWM based - fixed A & Hz or variable?  i think may similar thread nang ganito dito somewhere.

For winn1971:
Wet cell gamit ko Bro. 2 units of HHO Gen, yong isa plates config with divider/cell para wlang voltage at amps drops, may combination ng series at parallel connection..wlang neutral plates. yong isa naman, tube cell meron itong uneven spacing the neutral plates. marami pang nakakabit na tumutulong pagpababa ng emission at increase ng mileage. Using 12vdc only. Ito yon Bro.,

1. Each HHO units generate 10amps only.
2. Very minimal electrolytes added. Sodium Hydroxide(Lye) - this is not consumed like Baking Soda. So production is continuous
3. I'm using a modified/converted Power relay as my pwm.
4. A small condenser/radiator was installed with water pump that served as my cooling system. (pag may heat kasi downnear na yon sa
    engine.)
5. Preheated oil in my breather for added complete fuel combustion.

We can start our own, before we go 100%, dpat lang magtulungan ng mga ideas. Almost of us know what's is hydrogen, sa mga bago pa lang, dpat aralin muna ang mga factors affecting combustion o paggawa ng electrolysis either in low or high voltage. pati na ang mga behavior o properties ng hydrogen. There are so many things to be explored. Kagaya lang ng mga ito:

1. Effects of hydrogen production in pulsing DC.
2. Separation of HH only and feeding this alone directly in the intake manifold
3. Using modified power supply or inductor to produce more wattage and break the faraday law on electrolysis
4. A lot more....

42% savings is quite good.

Yes Bro..mataas na savings na to compare sa mga ibang gawa ng ibang bansa...ang sa kanilang design kasi, they are so very particular in measurement, sa computation on how much energy to produce hydrogen that will equal to a 1HP, then yon compute na ng compute.....unlike sa atin, we have an inborn ingenuity...Malikot pag-iisip...hehehe.

I just finished installation of my instant pwm. maganda results, 7amps lang but yong production same parin nong pag set ko sa 20amps ng dalawa kung Hydrogen Gen units.

What ba ginamit mo sa reactor plates ba ang design mo? if plates what material ito?

Sis, here are the config of my 2 units:

1. Unit# 1 (Battery Box Type)
     - 12 plates, 3 cells connected in series, then 2 of these connected in parallel. I don't know the gauge but is a little thicker.
     - There are dividers in between with some holes just to avoid voltage/amp loss
     - Spacing is more than 1/8 of an inch to allow gas flow continuously with minimal HH trap in bubbles.
     The Tricks:
The series & parallel connections combination a good production with minimal amps reading.
Even with rich mixture of catalyst, amperage can't go over 30amps because of the divider.

2. Unit# 2 (Cylinder type)
     - 4 tubes, 2 neutrals.
     - Height is 6 inches
     - Sorry, I don't have the diameter measurement right now.
      The Tricks:
Uneven spacing of neutrals make this cell very efficient because the other neutral limit the amps while
the other one creates space for bubbles to come up.

I hope I have clearly stated....hehehe...try ko lang mag english kunti kapatid...

Ganun ba.

@ admin
