Bale ang gusto ko lang naman dito sa Elab eh Digital Electronics. Kaya dito na lang ako mag suggest.

Nagpupunta rin kasi ako sa Forum ng Xilinx. At ang system nila ay, may magpopost ng problem. Tapos yung na post kapag nakatulong ang pinost ng ibang member, nagbibigay siya ng credit. At kapag nasolved naman, nilalagyam mg solved, at inaaccept yung solution.

sa forum natin, the "Thread Starter" has the option to lock his/her thread kung sa tingin niya ay solved na yung problem niya or if sa tingin niya ay hindi na kailangan ang further replies..

the "Topic Solved" feature naman is never implemented on this forum kasi not all threads are related to problems.. yung "Topic Solved" feature is more appropriate sa mga "Support Forums" where 90% of the threads are problems..

ok yun at applicable dahil hindi magkakakilala ang mga members (at iba-ibang nationalities).

pero dito, dahil marami ring magkakakilala, ang mga technical thread ay nahahaluan ng konting chit-chat.

ok din sana kung magiging pure technical talaga ang technical thread at posible yata yun kung hindi magkakakilala ang mga members... Grin

ang kultura kasi nating mga pilipino ay masayahin at hindi gaano dinadaan sa seryosohan ang mga problema.. kaya minsan kahit anong hirap at problema sa buhay..

nakikita mo pa rin siyang ngumi-ngiti..

kung kaya't minsan dinadaan sa "humor" ung mga technical problems and answers na posts dito sa elab.. the way how i see to it.. wala naman sigurong masama doon.. as long as tolerable at na nasa legal boundaries nang forum rules.. at siyempre, huwag lang sobra kasi ibang usapan na iyon.. pero kadalasan ang mga "beterano at datihan" na dito sa elab.. hindi naman ginagawa iyon.. nasa tamang thread naman kadalasan ung mga posts if in case "non-sense" or "hi-jacking" ung replies or posts..

sa pananaw ko, hindi rin maganda ung i-na-accept na ung solution kapag na-solve na ung problem na para bagang iyon lang ang solusyon sa problema..

mas maganda kung i-open pa rin ung thread for any "good", "better" or "alternative" solution sa mga members.. who knows.. baka may mas magaganda pang ibang idea sa pag-solved nung problem.. kasi minsan nangyayari ung concept na kung saan.. ung "solution leads to another problem".. kahit naman siguro sa mathematics.. meron tayong tinatawag na long method, shortcut method and/or alternative method..

kaya maging open minded sana tayo sa iba pang mga fresh ideas.. dahil diyan natin nakikita ang pagiging "creativity" at "imaginative" nating mga pilipino..

at kapag na-solved ung problem.. then say "thank-you" or bigyan nang puntos whatever you feel more comfortable with.. but of course, do it in "appropriate and honest manner" ..

matuto rin sana tayong rumespeto sa ibang mga miyembro in general.. para pag nagka-problema ulit.. then welcome pa rin ang pagtulong nang iba..
