Anyone working/worked in Maxim Cavite? Ok ba ang company na ito? Benefits?Culture? May provided ba ang company na shuttle service sa mga employees nila?

for me ok naman ang maxim, marami ka talaga matutunan dito.
comparison ng maxim at analog devices:
> sa maxim hindi masyado strict in terms sa time mo (minsan pwde ka magoverbreak, pero wag na lang abusuhin)
> sa analog naman, narinig ko, pag bigyan ka ng project, dapat matapos mo agad in a given period.
> sa maxim pag test engineer ka, from line support, hardware/software debugging to yield analysis ang work mo, unlike sa analog, iba't ibang divisions ang line support at product support. which means mas broad ang scope ng work mo sa maxim.
additional info: nangangailangan talaga ng mga engineers ang maxim sa ngayon.
>wala pong shuttle service pero may transpo allowance.

ang alam ko mejo tight ang hiring nila ngayon sobrang busisi ng screening... madalas kinukuha nila yung mga galing amkor kc may boss sila na galing amkor kaya karamihan ng kinukuha e dati nyang tao...

sabi ng former boss ko hiring talaga sila kasi kulang sila sa tao, but... sobrang tagal bago ka tawagan, minsan nga umaabot pa ng 6 months after application. ok rin sila for fresh grads kasi masunurin daw di tulad ng mga may experience na, matitigas ang ulo.  |

ummmmnn... if i were you apply ka sa iba... pag natanggap ka, pasok... pag tinawagan k ng maxim, attend ng exam and interviews... pag natanggap, compare mo yung sahod, benifits at growth, pag mas ok ang maxim, kiss your boss goodbye...

yung ka boardmates ko mas nireccomend pa yung katabing semicon companies before maxim. mas ok daw dun..
