thanks i appreciate it. In reality im not really doing well as an ece instructor. The severe lack of laboratory space and equipments in the university is one huge factor. Hanggang theory pa rin ako. So lets include in our argument the faults of the school admins haha  Cheesy

Im on it. Kaya maliit na langtingin ko sa prof ko na yun.Di naman ako mata pobre pero what he did talagang ganun naging effect sa akin.
In fairness sa prof ko na ang dami kung natutunan mataas talaga respeto ko.Until now...I still do visit him pag umuuwi ako.
Minsan kaasi may level na dapat magka salubong ang capacity ng prof (wag mataas at e assume na masakyan agad ng student) at bilang student wag na lang mag antay try to move your level up(parang level up games lang yan)

sa pagkaka-define ko sa "edukasyon".. ito ay hindi lang maituro ang "technical or non-technical" knowledge.. but also of "good moral and right conduct".. kung wala kang good values at respeto..
then non-sense na ang lahat.. because you don't consider yourself as "human being".. dahil nurturing good values at pagiging matured sa pag-iisip ang right-aim nang edukasyon..

kung wala tayong respeto, wala tayong good moral and walang right conduct.. then i think wala na rin tayong pinagkaiba dun sa malansang isda..

they said that "a man educated only in school is an un-educated man" ..

well, i admit.. i too myself was a "victim" of an instructor that wasn't teaching well.. sa tingin ko, lahat tayo ay naka-experience nang teacher na hindi nagtuturo nang maayos.. kung sasabihin mong lahat nang teacher mo sa college kahit anong subject ay perfect magturo..

then i doubt..

although it was years past, i could still remember him.. maybe i didn't learned a lot of "techies" from him but.. I found it necessary to just learn other things from him.. as i go and progress along..

sabi ko sa sarili ko, ayoko maging tulad niya.. kaya mag-aaral ako nang mabuti and i did learn as much as i could by self effort..

what am i trying to say is that.. If you're goal of being an "engineer" is very very important enough to you.. then I guess.. obstacles will not prevent you from completing what you had just started.

my advice is.. before you start doing things and start investing a lot of time and becoming committed with it.. Ask first the most fundamental question to yourself..

                        " why am i doing this? "

if you seek my answer.. personally, i took this career.. for the love and passion of it.. and of the future and present "opportunity" to work and discuss with other technical persons as well..

you're "reason" maybe different from mine.. and from others but.. as long as you have this "fundamental and strong reason" that you believe on it passionately..

then i think it's enough.. and you should expect the unexpected even the worst case..

but if you don't know why you are taking on this career path.. then I guess.. you're just wasting our time.. just having "wasted" some months or years of your life is the most saddest part.. kasi hindi mo naman talaga ma-define or malaman kung ano ba talaga ang gusto mo sa buhay..

you will just only get discourage, always complaining.. grinning..

hence, you're top priority should be very crystal clear.. and if you still don't have an answer.. then I guess.. don't start things.

sure of course.. all of us encounters unexpected problems.. obstacles or even worst teachers along the way.. and it's very easy to become depressed and unmotivated going on with our careers and studies..

but if you don't have a "courage heart and strong will".. then I tell you..

you won't finish.

A serious "student" are those sticking with things even when things are not going well.. they keep going through.. in good times and in bad times.. they always do a lot of "extra efforts" to learn and to practice.. we must understand that "engineering" can be very rewarding and can very frustrating..

In receiving your diploma.. think of it not as a literal "requirement" for your job application.. but a "symbol" of "pride" and a "well-deserved reward" for all of your years of hard-work..

in pursuing your dreams.. it is not the instructors.. or professors.. or your respective schools that determines your success..

it being is your "persistent".. your "courage heart".. your personal "ambitions".. and your "strong will" to learn and to succeed..

just remember..

"the only education a man ever gets.. is the education he gives to himself "
