sa'min, pag sinabihan kami na mag-6S, isa lang pumapasok sa isip namin,
para na ring sinabihan kami na "Maglinis Kayo!"..

6S... pero mahirap implement ito sa engineering development group lalo na sa lab depende pa rin siguro sa tao kasi para sa akin janitor na dapat ang bahala sa mga 6S na yan... hehehehe

Seiri = Tidiness or Sort
You must first ask what is actually needed in an area. This is similar to spring-cleaning. If you don?t use it, get rid of it and put what is left in one-by-one order.

Seiton = Orderliness or Straighten
Everything has its own place and should be located where it is to be used and organized for a smooth flow.

Seisou = Cleanliness or Sweep
Remove dirt daily to keep good quality. When cleaning everyday, it becomes easy to see problems before quality defects occur.

Seiketsou = Neatness or Sustain
Maintain what has been achieved. Mark areas where things belong and make sure they stay tidy, orderly and clean.

Safety = Always arrange work with safety in mind
Are there sharp or dangerous objects? Is the right equipment for the job available? Are chemicals identified with Material Safety Data Sheets? Are things arranged in natural order?

Shitsuke = Discipline
Developing and maintaining new habits requires Shitsuke or Discipline.

hindi ko kayanga mag-work sa ganung environment...kailangan 4 pa lang nagliligpit na ako...
