ini-implelent din ba sa inyo yung 6S policy (or 5S sa iba)?  sa'min, pag sinabihan kami na mag-6S, isa lang pumapasok sa isip namin, para na ring sinabihan kami na "Maglinis Kayo!"..  |

6S... pero mahirap implement ito sa engineering development group lalo na sa lab  depende pa rin siguro sa tao kasi para sa akin janitor na dapat ang bahala sa mga 6S na yan... hehehehe |

5s lang din alam ko e... Seiri Seiton ... ... ... ano ba english equivalents niyan? minsan mas preferred ko pang makalat...nakikita ko yung mga gamit ko pag makalat...pag nagligpit na, halos buong araw ako maghahanap... |

Here are our labels for the 6Ss and their meaning.
* Sort - Distinguish between what is needed and not needed and to remove the latter.
* Stabilize - Enforce a place for everything and everything in its place.
* Shine - Clean up the workplace and look for ways to keep it clean.
* Standardize - Maintain and monitor adherence to the first three Ss.
* Sustain - Follow the rules to keep the workplace 6S-right?"maintain the gain.".
* Safety - Eliminate hazards. (We added this sixth "S" so we could maintain the focus on Safety within our Lean events and embed safe conditions into all our improvements.)

the Japanese ones...they also developed Kaizen... Seiri = Tidiness or Sort
You must first ask what is actually needed in an area. This is similar to spring-cleaning. If you don?t use it, get rid of it and put what is left in one-by-one order.
Seiton = Orderliness or Straighten
Everything has its own place and should be located where it is to be used and organized for a smooth flow.
Seisou = Cleanliness or Sweep
Remove dirt daily to keep good quality. When cleaning everyday, it becomes easy to see problems before quality defects occur.
Seiketsou = Neatness or Sustain
Maintain what has been achieved. Mark areas where things belong and make sure they stay tidy, orderly and clean.
Safety = Always arrange work with safety in mind
Are there sharp or dangerous objects? Is the right equipment for the job available? Are chemicals identified with Material Safety Data Sheets? Are things arranged in natural order?
Shitsuke = Discipline
Developing and maintaining new habits requires Shitsuke or Discipline.mas gusto ko japanese names nila... |

sa'min talagang pinipilit.. regular pa ang pag-audit! hmmmp.. hehehehe ako nilalagay ko lang sa isang box yung mga kalat ko... tapos pag tapos na audit ilalabas ko na hehehe.. ang ayaw ko lang talaga is pag niligpit yung isang bagay, mauubos ang oras mo kakahanap... mas preferred ko talaga yung magulong environment heheheh... |

buti sana kung kasya sa box yung mga equipments namin.. eh ang lalalaki kaya nun.. kahit mga wire hindi lang mahahaba, makakapal pa.. tapos pag di ka sumunod, sikat ang team mo sa buong company, sikat bilang violators! yung mga equipments syempre dapat sa labas... linis lang ang katapas nyan... yung mga circuits na medyo di presentable yun dapat ang tinatago... heheheheh |
