Need help with my Samsung TV, sabi Jungle IC daw ang problema. Anybody who knows how much it is and how much to repair it?

mga bosing my ask lang ako sa samsung 21 model CT-21T20MQ...History of trouble: No power...
Problem  po nakuha ko deffective H-Out shorted.,.after mapalitan ko nag light na ung LED nya pero nag blink lng cya..ung B+ nya ok ang voltage reading. HELP na po mga bosing.salamat...im a new member of this forum...

can you post a new thread for this trouble para hindi magulo ang pag sagot sayo. dun sasagot ang mga master
