Share ko lng ang ginawa kong HB led Driver.

COMPONENTS USED ARE:

1 - MAX16804 - Linear Constant current led driver / QFN20 package / 5.5V to 40V input / 350mA Max output current

1 - Luxeon 1W White LED - 3.5 to 3.7 V / 350mA

2 - 1uF /50v Ceramic SMD 0805 - for decoupling the power supply input

1 - 10k potentiometer

Sori po at hindi pla luxeon led ng lumileds. . .

parang prolight yata ang brand (generic), 50 to 60 lumens max rated output at 1W

nabili ko yan sa Ebay from a Chinese seller

Meron po nabibili nyan sa rscomponents or sa farnell yata, dko ko pa na check din kasi.
Etong ginamit ko dito e free sample po ito galing maxim, mga two years ago na yata to sa akin. Ngaun ko
lng napagtripan gawan ng pcb at tinesting....hehe

at medyo mahal pa ang mga HB leds noon...

pwedeng pwede ito sa headlights ng mga sasakyan or sa mga motor. kaso kelangan mo ng at least 12 to 15w ng LED (5 x 3w na HB led ) para mahigitan mo ang liwanag ng 55w na halogen or 35w na HID.

balak ko nga sana gumawa ng headlight para sa motor na LED ang gamit.
pag na testing ko na. i post ko dito...

ung project ko kasi ngaun e gusto kong palitan ng leds ung  mga ilaw sa mga Downlight fixtures...

bale pang house lighting na LED...
