Use a WYSIWG editors like dreamweaver. Everything is easy now days because its just drag and drop and move objects. Editors also support javascript, css and flash so nothing much to learn. As for javascript and flash. There are a lot of free jscripts you can download and use such as magiczoom and animated buttons etc. For flash hehe the secret is reverse engineering (sothink decompiler)
