For example, if you have a host in the US and run it as a proxy server that tunnes thru port 53 (DNS).
Normally on local ISPs DNS is high priority and may not be controlled, so passing data thru DNS to a high bandwidth proxy server can increase throughput.

Baka ito nga but you cannot increase speed or bandwidth.  The only thing this can do is to give you higher traffic prioritization during peak or congested hours.

And besides, ISPs nowadays uses DPI firewalls to determine actual type of traffic passing through the network so even if you use a port belonging to a particular type of service, they could still police the QoS.

hindi rin ba nakikita ng mga ISP, o namomonitor kung anong port at protocol ang ginagamit ng subscriber?
