siguro po Sir E^3, kelangan lang nating i-expose ang mga venues na ito para yung merong may mga idea jan na mga e-labers ay gumawa na ng step.

SOP naman na ata ang proposals, may forms naman na sila na ma dodownload (ang alam ko may allotment naman talaga, siyrmpre pag wala namang nagpropropose hindi magagalaw ang pera , unless... ). kung meron nang working prototype, advantage yun, kasi they can write a proposal on how to develop their prototypes. .

Tsaka meron ding Technology Business Incubators (TBI) na dito sa Pilipinas na ineenvision para maging silicon valley natin. kulang lang siguro ng exposure pa.

Kumusta Igan,

Actually meron na akong startup company, for software projects only (minimal or walang hardware) products.
Dito walang malaking capital except time lang to focus on coming projects.

One of the problems, is marketing talaga.
I cannot afford to market and at the same time develop things.
At hindi ko pwedeng iwan din ang ibang steady customers na doon ko kinukuha ang needs ng aking family.

If merong willing to collaborate especially in marketing, we could create hardware products that could be sold commercially.

May mga katanugan po ako:

depende rin po siguro sa kailangang units ang 'china outsourcing' option. commercially-available sensors po kasi ang gamit kaya aabot ng 50k. may dilemma po kasi kung precise na sensors po ang kailangan o pwede na yung low-cost alternatives to further bring down cost. meron kasing species like hipon na nangagailangan ng magagandang sensors...

kung sa bentahan, di pa kasi nakapagconsult sa marketing expert eh, pero feeling ko an pinaka-ok ay commision. sabagay ipapa-stock lang naman siguro ito sa stores. (mga 2-3 po siguro, pwede rin naman kontakin mismo ang company pag may orders ganun)

Ok lang kahit matagal na,di naman kasi nagbabago ang pangangailangan ,sana makapag test tipong kahit may bagyo at malakas na ulan.

Karamihan , Hito,Tilapia,Carpa,Bangus,(baraka(parang lapu lapu)atbp, sa amin partikular na lugar, kya madalang ang hipon maselan at mahirap alagaan at sa tabang halos ubusin sila ng (hito,dami di ko familiar sa tagalog-Bicol)

Honeywell po ba ang sensor? kasi pwede ng i sakripisyo ang sensor sa hipon kung yung mga nasambit ko na tipical na inaalagaan sa palaisdaan ay kaya ng pagamitan..

Hingil sa pag bibenta, mas marapat  kung kaya na sya sa pinaka mababang presyo,kasi madami pang over head at mark up ang ipapatong sa gamit na yan.

Kahit paunti unti , importante may gumagamit na dagdag pa kasi yun bilang halina sa mga interesado lalo na sa mga kapitalista o negosyante.Sa palagay ko kapag ganoon , mas mahirap na ng umasa sa funding ,mas maiinam kung makabenta man lang kahit isa ng "Aquasense" para may ma iirekomenda ,maiguarantiya.May kahirapan kasi yung sistema/processo sa atin, kaya para bang gagawin tapos derecho benta mahirap ng maiasa pa sa iba...

I have been talking woth DOST,  DECS, CHED, TESDA and other Electronics Store lalu na si ?? since year 2000, pero hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm!

Gusto namin dati mag-avail sa mga funds  lalu na sa mga micro company -- laging sagot eh,  na-occupy na daw ito,  yearly po iyan na ginagawa ko -- keep contacting them, untill in 2006, nainis na talaga ako, I kick off these supposedly my benefactors.

Kaya nga when I have the oppurtunity -- I proposed my plan to our cirle of friends SA HOBBY, after nearly 10 years, I take off to open to the public in Feb. 13, 2010, bukas na ang shop natin - a day before the Valentines Day.

Marami akong invited to join me at i-post mga developed product nila -- at nasa process pa sila ng : THINKING CAREFULLY.   Halos wala pa nga laman ang shop,  but I hope that, this shop will be filled with Filipino Made Project in the near future.   Though our island is divided, our shop in Raon will be our  and focal point to re-unite the common mission and goal.

The cost of the shop is very costly, lalu na nasa heart of Raon ito (near to Deeco and Alexan)  -pero hindi naman pumipigil ang cost to make my dream and our common dreams to materialized.  I am really hoping our fellow hobbyist will support me and OUR circle of friends.

If there are interested who like to build a physical business (elab or other forum or hobbyist) at the heart of the Philippine Electronics Center -  I am still open for cooperation.  I learned in Saige Market  in Shenzhen China (the bigest Electronics Center in Asia) that thru cooperations and network of friends will accellerate development and deployment of New technologies, drive the Industry and change the environment.  

I learned the value of Teamwork and the effectiveness of Expertise.  Combining expertise create a PRODUCT.

to support that especially for funding.

I am just feeling upset/dismay , why some of these agencies are always asking for "CALLS FOR PROPOSAL" where in fact here in e-lab they can witness actual working prototype...

You only need is to inquire some detailed informations
how to apply for a grants(Application forms).

(panahon na cguro para kalampagin sila ng mga e-labers
kung saan na pupunta yung mga budget dyan..)

Nice one Aquasense.  Puwede ba i-implemen ito sa Baguio para maging mura ang isda doon -- baguio made na eh, hindi na kukunin sa La-union or Pangasinan, sariling sa Baguio na mismo manggagaling  (magagalit naman kaya mga dealer and vendor ng Isda doon sa taga baba).

Tipong kailangan mo pa ng media o exposure /politiko na e -skort sainyo para pagtuunan ka ng pansin.
Mahirap talagang isipin kung ano deskarte mo para ma biyayaan ka ng budget sa mga ahensyana yan..

Kung minsan kasi mas madali pa mag design kesa unawain ang masalimuot na kalakalan sa mga ahensyang yan..
Kanya ko naman naibahagi sainyo ,sa kadahilanang baka mas maalam at mainpluwensya din kayo at yun ang wala ako..

Ngayon, kung meron kang magagawa..from scratch to finish product para bagang 1 man team at 1 man company..

Sa nakita ko naman po Sir Dandy, maganda na yung nasimulan nyo;network ,influence sa mercado at pababaan ng presyo...
