ito un direct link para sa schematic ng cor, wala ng lang pcb design yan pero dali lang buoin, ilang pyesa lang.. working yan boss, yan ang gamit ko sa repeater ko, i'm using it for about 7 years na, n kita ko lang un dyan sa site na yan, dial up p lng connection ko nun, lol, pero nabalik pa din ako sa site na yan dami kasing magagandang info n matutunan..

Hi.apparently,some are new in this field. Let me share:

     In a repeater we want a radio on a receive mode and when a signal is receive, we want the message repeated over another radio TX. These radios are placed in high places. These are what are needed.

A Carrier Operated Relay or COR

     This relay is to turn on the TX the moment the RX receive a carrier hiss even when no one is talking. Otherwise it is too late to turn up the TX on the first audio. While we want the TX to turn on b4 the voice, the want it to turn off after the last sound heard. It is matter of delaying the OFF after the last sound was heard. In the link showing a schematic, this is C2.  By the way the transistors can be substituted with 9012 for the PNP and 9013 for the NPN.

     To transmit the receiver voice, one way is to put the MIC in front of the speaker of the RX. another way is to connect the output of the RX into the input of the TX(mic) via a matching transformer. An output transformer for transistor amps can be used reversed.

     we can also build a COR using the LM555 timer IC.

pwede rin op-amp gagamitin then lagay kanalang nang trimmer resistor para sa COR voltage reference at sa audio signal coming from reciever to mic.
